BEI’s Intensive English Program (IEP) is a full-time program designed for students at all levels of language ability, with a focus on developing the necessary English language skills for academic studies, and business or professional communication.

Grammar
Grammar is essential in language in order to build a base for developing the system and structure of language in all skill areas. Learn the rules that apply in speaking, listening, reading, vocabulary, writing, and pronunciation.
Reading
Reading skills are essential to build up a confident advanced reader who is capable of reading, understanding, analyzing, and taking notes for highly advanced academic, business, or scientific materials. These skills are steadily developed from the early stages of phonics and reading strategies.
Writing
Writing skills empowers students to confidently communicate through written word. Students learn sentence accuracy, paragraph writing, and essay writing with the goal of employing the correct tone and style needed for different audiences.
Listening & Speaking
English is the universal language of communication. In your Listening & Speaking classes, students practice communication to build fluency and accuracy to both speak confidently, but to also understand clearly.
