Our private TOEFL Preparation Courses are designed to prepare individuals for the TOEFL Test. Our curriculum is centered on The Princeton Review’s Cracking the TOEFL iBT. (We also customize the curriculum based on student preference and testing level.)
Our instructors work one-on-one with students and provide a fast-paced review curriculum. Students will utilize class time to hone their Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening skills. This course is focused specifically on preparing students for the TOEFL exam, not language acquisition. Students who elect to take this course must have a basic understanding and grasp on the English language (generally achieved after the equivalent of BEI’s Level 5).
Our expectations for the students in TOEFL preparation courses are extraordinarily high. Although BEI does not guarantee high scores, many of our students go on to complete coursework at local and national universities.
The Bilingual Education Institute (BEI) offers flexible scheduling and rolling admission into our private TOEFL Preparation classes. We are delighted to present you with our exclusive programs and we look forward to assisting you. In addition, we do offer onsite TOEFL testing. Please contact an Admissions Representative for test dates and times.

The internet-based test
All subject areas of the test and practice exam questions
Gaining confidence by practicing
Identifying a study schedule and timeline
Testing strategies and study tips for the test
Utilizing a variety of practice techniques to prepare you for test day

Flexible Scheduling: Classes may be scheduled Mondays-Fridays during operating hours from 8:00am-9:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am-12:00pm
Minimum of two hours/session (55 minutes of instruction each hour)
Flexible locations:
(option 1): Bilingual Education Institute 6060 Richmond, Suite 180 Houston, TX 77057
(option 2): At a location of student's choice or Corporate location (if further than seven (7) miles from BEI, a $0.75/mile fee to and from BEI would apply)
If the student chooses a location other than the main campus of BEI, the student must have access to a computer with high-speed internet access.
