We offer online English classes to individuals who are unable to attend regular courses. For clients who are eligible, we offer this is a three-month program, containing four levels of instruction and 24/7 access. Our online program covers all of the skills needed to learn a new language, including reading and writing, speaking and listening, grammar, and vocabulary. The key feature of the software is its state-of-the-art speech recognition, which enables the student to improve his/her pronunciation. The learning program is available and accessible online 24/7 around the world.
Bilingual Education Institute is able to offer our ESL and Civics classes at no cost to eligible students. While eligibility may vary from case to case, persons over the age of 16, who maintain the following immigration statuses typically qualify to participate in our programs at no cost:
Refugee
Asylee
Parolee
Victim of Torture (with certified letter)
Victim of Trafficking (with certified letter)
Other immigrants who hold an I-94 or SI2 visa
In addition, participants must also meet the following requirements:
Have consistent access to a PC with internet access
Have basic computer skills
Be self motivated
